These terms apply when you use testedmind.com or buy a results report. The service is operated by Harewood Digital Limited (Company No. 11896620), registered in England and Wales ("we"). These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
TestedMind is a timed cognitive assessment. Taking the test is free. Your score, percentile, domain breakdown and certificate are provided after a one-off payment. TestedMind is built for self-insight: it is not a clinical instrument, it does not diagnose anything, and scores are calibrated against our own user base rather than a clinically normed sample.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your results and certificate are digital content delivered immediately after payment by email and via a permanent results link. By purchasing, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day cancellation right for digital content once delivery has begun.
Refunds are at our discretion. If something has gone wrong with your purchase, contact us and we will put it right.
Do not attempt to extract the question bank, automate test attempts, or resell results. We may withhold results from sessions that show this behaviour.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us. Do not make decisions with legal, medical, educational or employment consequences on the basis of a TestedMind score.
